2. What we offer
Prædictor offers content, materials, and programs in executive and career development, including e-books, diagnostics, masterclasses, mentoring, and group programs.
All content is educational and informational in purpose. It supports career decisions; it does not replace them.
3. What we are not, and what we do not promise
This section matters. Read it carefully.
- We do not guarantee specific results. No Prædictor material, diagnostic, mentoring engagement, or program guarantees a promotion, a salary increase, a new position, a hire, or any given professional outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control: your context, your company, the market, and your own execution.
- We do not provide legal, accounting, financial, or medical advice. Nothing on the site is to be read as a recommendation of that nature.
- We are not an employer and not a placement agency. We do not broker job openings and we do not represent you before companies.
- Testimonials and cases published from time to time reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of an equivalent result.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the site, read the content, download the materials we make available, and use all of it for your personal and professional development.

All content on the site — texts, materials, e-books, diagnostics, brand, visual identity, and in particular the MAPPA method and the protocols, frameworks, and materials derived from it — is owned by PRAEDICTOR CONSULTORIA E TREINAMENTO LTDA or by its founder, and is protected by the Brazilian Copyright Act (Law 9.610/1998) and by industrial property legislation.
Purchasing a material grants you a personal, individual, and non-transferable license of use. It does not transfer ownership of the content and does not authorize commercial use.
6. Purchases, payment, and right of withdrawal
Sales of digital products are processed by the Hotmart platform, which is responsible for payment, tax invoicing, and delivery of the material. When you buy, you are also subject to Hotmart's terms.
Right of withdrawal: under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, in purchases made outside a commercial establishment you may withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days counted from the purchase or from receipt, with full refund of the amount paid. The request is made through Hotmart itself, which processes the refund.
Services contracted directly (mentoring engagements, programs, single sessions) have engagement, cancellation, and rescheduling conditions set out in the specific commercial proposal for each one, which prevails over these Terms in whatever is more specific.
7. Links and third-party services
The site contains links to external services (Hotmart, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, among others). We do not control these services and we do not answer for their content, their privacy practices, or their availability. Access is at your own risk, subject to the terms of each one.
8. Site availability
We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation. We may suspend, change, or discontinue the site or any content, at any time, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Prædictor does not answer for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from decisions you make on the basis of the content of the site.
Nothing in this clause sets aside the rights the Consumer Protection Code guarantees you.
10. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means agreement with the new version.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue of the judicial district of São José dos Campos, State of São Paulo, is hereby elected, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
